Jeffrey Gaddy, CEM, CPMM
Vice President and General Manager
Through team work and precision, Jeff leads missions from inception to accomplishment for the customer. As a collegiate athlete, United States Marine Corps infantryman, and construction project manager, Jeff and his “teammates” have always put a premium on maximizing performance by enhancing communication, technical proficiency, and group cohesion. Recently, this has translated to best-value results delivered to a portfolio of clients representing over 20 million square feet of facilities and infrastructure. Jeff is responsible for supervising the day-to-day business operations of EMCOR Services Combustioneer.
Over Jeff’s nine years with EMCOR, he has assumed increased leadership roles managing divisions of both fixed and mobile personnel and assets dedicated to strategically providing government and commercial clients' electrical and mechanical engineering projects and services. These services include HVAC, UPS, generator, water treatment, fire/life safety, controls systems, snow removal, and janitorial, with account scopes ranging from operations and preventative maintenance to design/build, retrofits, and heavy construction. The facilities Jeff managed have ranged from public access to top secret (TS).
After graduating from the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, with a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering (Mechanical/Aerospace foci), Jeff was privileged to serve in a leadership role during offensive combat operations in both the Afghanistan and Iraqi theaters. After active military service, Jeff attained a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from the Johns Hopkins University. Jeff has also earned graduate certificates from the Construction Project Managers’ course at the University of Texas, Austin; the Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA); and the Leadership Development Course at the Johns Hopkins University. In addition, Jeff holds the designations of Certified Energy Manager (CEM) from the Association of Energy Engineers, and Certified Plant Maintenance Manager (CPMM) from the Association for Facilities Engineering.
Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. Most notably while in attendance at football games at his alma mater. Additionally, he enjoys church, youth mentoring, and other community services.
