Expertise

Bryan has over 20 years of experience in the mechanical construction trade. During that time, he has worked in virtually every area, including installation, labor coordination, supervision, project management and estimating. In addition, he has developed specialized expertise in chillers, cooling towers, and mechanical heating and air conditioning systems. His expertise covers rooftop units, dry coolers, self-contained multi-zone systems and air handlers, as well as chilled, hot water and steam coils. His extensive list of projects includes the Bangladesh embassy, the CIA chiller and valve installation, the St. Agnes Hospital chiller plant in Baltimore MD, the Washington, D.C. Crystal Square Five chiller plant and various other projects throughout the Washington, D.C. Metro Area.

 

Bryan graduated from the United Association (U.A.) Mechanical Trade School and has successfully completed classes in construction safety, project management and pressure vessel repair. He is also licensed as a HVAC mechanic in Maryland and Washington, D.C., and has qualified for his quality control "R" stamp for boilers and pressure vessels. He holds CFC/HCFC,EPA 608 refrigerant recycling certification as well as ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) Code 6010 and 7018 welding certifications.

 

The Personal Side
Bryan enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He also likes attending automobile shows and boating on Chesapeake Bay.
