With a passion for operational excellence, Mike ensures expectations are exceeded in delivering building HVAC service, preventive maintenance, small project, and construction services and facilities maintenance services to our customers.
Combining over 34 years public and private sector experience with long-lasting relationships developed, he strives to bring value to our clients through my expertise in such areas as HVAC services, facilities and contract management, contract compliance and other federal procurement and contract administration policies and practices, the management of a highly effective O&M and mobile service teams and participation in joint ventures and Mentor Protégé arrangements. In addition, he’s active with his staff to conceptualize bid costing themes, develop bid-pricing strategies, and analyze alternative solutions and maximizing contract performance and customer satisfaction.
Mike holds a Masters Certificate in government contracting from George Washington University School of Business and Public Management in Washington DC, CPE, CPMM, GOHP and CPS certificate from the Association of Facilities Engineering and received the BOMI designations as a Systems Maintenance Administrator, Systems Maintenance Technician and Real Property Administrator.
Mike is a member of many professional organizations: Association of Facilities Engineering (AFE), Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), National Association of Power Engineers (NAPE), (APEM), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), American Society for Quality (ASQ), Society of Real Property Administrators, The American Society of Notaries, and the Cleaning Management Institute.

Mike is an avid soccer player and coach. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters.
