Brian works with the service, construction, and preventive maintenance departments to develop new HVAC, generator, and BAS control opportunities for both new customers and within our customer base. He also works with those departments to ensure the successful execution of all our mechanical projects, service jobs, and maintenance contracts.
Expertise
Brian has over 35 years of residential, commercial, industrial, and healthcare HVAC experience. He began his career in the Steamfitters Local Union 602 as an apprentice and graduated as a HVAC journeyman and Master.
Over his career, Brian has held multiple service and facility management positions with Fortune 100 companies and has been responsible for delivering critical HVAC and controls services, including installations for a large customer base that involved mission critical sites.
He has taught as an instructor for Steamfitters Local 602 for almost 20 years, teaching large tonnage chillers, systems, and the UA Star Mastery certification.

- Maryland Master HVAC License Category 1
- York Certified Master Technician
- York Commercial Industrial HVAC Specialist 1 and 2
- DC 3rd Class Steam Engineer License
- Top secret security clearances
- UA Certified HVAC Large Tonnage and Systems Instructor
The Personal Side
Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and family, playing music, fishing, and spending time on the water.
